C & A Productions Disc Jockey
Services Payment Arrangements
Once you have made your choice to have C & A
Productions Disc Jockey Services provide music services for
your event, you will receive a contract. In the contract you
will find the terms agreed upon for your upcoming engagement.
Please review all the conditions set forth and upon your approval,
sign one copy and return it to the mailing address ( P.O. Box
781, Lanham Maryland 20703 ). Enclose a deposit of 50% of the
total amount agreed upon to reserve the date for you. Payment
can be made with credit card, money order or cash, (NO PERSONAL
CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED). |
